Previous broiler farm which is currently used as a duck layer farm and as a quail farm as well.

The barns hold 8000 to 9000 ducks +/- and about 7000 of the ducks are layers. The sellers also have 3000 quails for eggs.

All the eggs are sold to the wholesale market.

-Fully insulated and heated.

-Two overhead doors, one is 14’ high and one is 12’ high. Both 12’ wide. Plus one man door.

-Metal sheeted exterior, asphalt roof.
